Apartment 1
Berkeley and the neighborhood of Elmwood have been the home of our family since the 1960s. We have been taking care of our apartments and studios with lots of love and warmth. We have provided housing for students and visitors for three generations, and we've had the honor to welcome many happy tenants from all over the world.
Our apartments are located in the heart of Elmwood, and that offers innumerable advantages:
- lively during the day, quiet at night
- walking distance to the UC Berkeley campus
- excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, local movie theater, markets, and boutiques
